OUR TEAM

Meet the Therapists at Thrivion — Omaha, Nebraska.

Five clinicians who chose this work on purpose — and stayed for the long arc.

A coordinated team of LIMHPs and LMHPs trained in family-systems therapy — sharing supervision, talking to each other about cases, and matched to clients by specialty rather than directory roulette.

Accepting new clients. In person in West Omaha or online across Nebraska.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Five clinicians. One family-systems lens.

The default in this field is a roster of independent practitioners sharing an office and a calendar. We built Thrivion differently. Every clinician is trained in the same family-systems lens. We share supervision. We talk to each other about cases when it helps the work.

That means when you call, the front of the practice can match you to the right clinician on the first try — not after three intake calls. And if your needs shift mid-arc, the handoff inside the practice is real.

ACROSS THE TEAM

What we’re trained for.

Modalities

CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, play therapy, trauma-informed practices — matched to the person, not run as a script.

Populations

Adults, couples, teens, children, and families. Specialties matched per clinician — not assigned by directory roulette.

Conditions

Anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, ADHD-adjacent patterns, life transitions, relationship rupture, school-context challenges, autism-spectrum family support, neurodiversity, emotional regulation.

Out of scope (and we’ll say so)

We don’t prescribe medication, run psychological testing, do ADHD evaluations, or provide ABA. When those are needed, we refer to specialists we trust.

QUESTIONS

A few things people ask about the team.

How do I get matched to the right clinician?
The intake call asks two or three short questions about what brings you in. Based on the answer we recommend a clinician whose scope fits. You can request a different clinician if the fit feels off — no awkward.
Are all your clinicians taking new clients?
Yes — the whole team is currently accepting new clients in both in-person and telehealth scope.
Can I switch clinicians inside the practice?
Yes. Because the team coordinates and shares supervision, an internal switch is a real handoff — not starting over with a stranger.
Do you offer evening or weekend sessions?
Limited evening slots through several clinicians. Saturdays are limited — the intake call will share current availability.
Do you see clients under 5?
Our youngest clients are play-therapy age (roughly 4–5 and up). For infant and toddler concerns we refer to early-intervention specialists.
