The booking process — short version.
When you submit the form or call, intake will ask a few things so we can match you to the clinician on our team whose training fits what you’re working on. Here’s what to have ready.
What you’re working on
A short, plain-language description of what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have it figured out, and you don’t need a diagnosis. “Anxiety I can’t seem to manage on my own” is enough.
Whether you’re looking for in-person, telehealth, or either
We have a West Omaha office and offer secure telehealth across Nebraska. Most clients blend — in-person for the first session, telehealth when work or weather makes the commute hard. You don’t have to pick a lane.
Your insurance
We’re in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Nebraska Total Care, Molina, Medicaid. For other plans, we bill your out-of-network benefits on your behalf. Have your card ready and intake will verify your specific coverage.
Scheduling preferences
Days, times, and any constraints (work schedule, childcare, school pickup). Intake will match you to a clinician whose schedule actually fits yours.
Phone, email, office, and hours.
Phone
(402) 266-6667 — booking, insurance verification, and general questions. Voicemail outside business hours; we return calls within one business day.
For non-clinical questions (scheduling, insurance, paperwork), email is fine — your clinician will share their direct contact at intake. Don’t send clinical content or PHI by general email.

Where we can see you.
All five clinicians offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth across Nebraska — the same evidence-based care as in-person sessions, from home, the office, or anywhere private. The platform is simple: we send a session link, you click it.
Telehealth is available for clients physically located in Nebraska at the time of session. Most clients blend — in-person when they want the office, telehealth when the week is full. Intake helps you find the rhythm that fits your life, not the other way around.
Honest about scope — we refer when we should.
That conversation happens at intake or at the first session — not after weeks of mismatched work.
We do see
Adults, couples, families, adolescents (middle school through high school), and children with developmental differences. We carry individual therapy, couples + marriage counseling, family-systems therapy, child + teen counseling, peer support, and psychological testing. CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care — built around the person in the room.
We don’t see
Young children where ABA is the indicated treatment (sister-brand Heartwise Support handles that lane). We don’t prescribe or coordinate psychiatric medication. We don’t offer emergency or crisis services. We refer out for eating-disorder treatment, active substance-use treatment, and presentations where another Omaha clinician is a better fit.
When we’re not the fit
We tell you, honestly, and we refer to an Omaha colleague we trust for the work we don’t do. That conversation happens at intake or at the first session — not after weeks of mismatched work.
